I have been in the business of helping heal hearts for a long time. I’ve done a lot of workshops and a lot of coaching and I need this.
I lost my house in the Eaton Fire.
I need an hour where I can join hearts with my Altadena neighbors as a group - via Zoom — to do some exercises, guided meditations and sharing — with the intention of having everyone leave 1) with their heart feeling a little lighter and 2) with some tools in their pocket that they may pull out in coming days or weeks — or may possibly hand over to another friend in need.
